Recipes for rainy (and sunny) days: Pea dip

Last week, our neighbours gave us fresh peas from their vegetable garden and as soon as I saw them, I couldn't resist thinking about photographing them. Before they dissapeared from the kitchen (F. would eat them even though they were raw!) I looked in Internet for recipes whose main ingredient were peas. I found one of a dip that was easy, yummy and fast (as the recipes I will share in this blog, at least in the near future: foolproof recipes)

As I always say, I would love to know (if you try it) what you think about it! At home was a huge success (the boys at home are always happy when I try new things in the kitchen)
HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
