Recipes for rainy (and sunny) days: Pea dip

La semana pasada, nuestros vecinos nos regalaron arvejas frescas de su huerta y al verlas no pude evitar pensar en fotografiarlas. Antes que desaparecieran de la cocina (mi gordi se las comia crudas!) busqué en internet recetas cuyo ingrediente principal fueran arvejas. Encontré la receta de un dip fácil, rico y rápido (como serán las recetas en este blog, por lo menos por ahora: recetas foolproof), ideal para probar.
Last week, our neighbours gave us fresh peas from their vegetable garden and as soon as I saw them, I couldn't resist thinking about photographing them. Before they dissapeared from the kitchen (F. would eat them even though they were raw!) I looked in Internet for recipes whose main ingredient were peas. I found one of a dip that was easy, yummy and fast (as the recipes I will share in this blog, at least in the near future: foolproof recipes)
