Torta fácil de mandarina - Easy clementine cake

Cuando éramos chiquitas, mi hermana Inés y yo tomamos un par de clases de cocina con una señora que vivía en la esquina de casa. No recuerdo muy bien cómo fue que terminamos yendo ahí pero lo que sí recuerdo es que lo pasábamos genial hasta que llegaba el momento de anotar en nuestro cuaderno las recetas que habíamos preparado durante esa clase. Me acuerdo que resultaba un embole y nos parecían textos interminables. Todavía tenemos ese cuaderno. En la última visita a Argentina me lo traje y el otro día hojeándolo, dí con esta receta que me pareció ideal para el blog.
As kids, my sister Inés and I took some cooking lessons with a lady who used to live just around the corner from our home. I don't remember why we ended up taking cooking lessons but I do remember that we used to have lots of fun until we had to write the recipes we cooked during the class to our notebook. I remember we found it really tedious and the texts really long. We still keep this notebook and during my last visit to Argentina, I brought it to Germany with me. Last week, while I was looking at it, I found this recipe which I thought was great for the blog.
